This application initiated a subscription without my consent. I never had this app on my phone except to receive notifications of account deductions for subscriptions. Please return my money. I cannot subscribe to something that I will never use.

dear support team,I accidentally subscribe to the free trial for this application but unfortunately I didn't know it wasn't automatically turn off after I go to the free trial of use..and it debit on my gcash.can you please refund me the amount that you get on my gcash?,because I really didn't use the app it always stuck every time I try to use it .its failed..useless app..will you please refund it to me immediately.thank you!
