This app or service seems to be a scam. I received my complimentary priority pass membership card on getting MakeMyTrip ICICI BANK credit card. When I sign up in the priority pass app 1st thing I notice is there is an extra alphabet in my name. There is no option to correct it. Then I try to add my membership card but that is not enabled or working. When I try send a message in app regarding my name correction & membership card entry in the app, that msg is also not going. Worst 1st impression!

I have been a client for the last 10 to 15 years. Since this year that Priority decided to stop using the plastic and become digital it has become a Nightmare! 3 times I couldn't use my Priority in 3 different airports in Europe because some kind of emails I didn't receive. It cost me almost $200 for sth that is my right and free! Worst experience ever!

The Android version is beyond useless!! When it comes to trying to Pre-book lounges, 90% of the time the lounge in question may not even show as being able to pre-book even though it is. You have to go backwards and forwards within their lounge search page, in the hope that it might just pick up the correct tab to include a pre-booking button when loading the page. Mostly...... I called up their service center to ask them for their advice and they had to admit that they couldn't pre-book either
