Been good so far, But this app doesn't seem to sync properly from the main Ezviz app on my iPhone app. I've put new cameras in a new a space from our Ezviz account for it to show up on this app. but the new camera seems to stay in more devices on this app for some reason. I've tried renaming the space to something else to see if that worked but still remains in more devices. Hopefully this is a bug in this app that will get fixed soon.

does anyone know how to access the menu and the pan and tilt function using a TV remote? New update has restored pan and tilt but removed play back of recorded footage. if you cannot have both in one app why not have 2 apps? just installed the new update on 14 April 2024 and I now get access to the menu. it all works! thanks EZVIZ!

if I put in multiple screens mode it keeps going off or keep on taking a break which is very inconvenient, the screens only turns on for 1 minutes, which is very very bad. hopefully you will fix it.
