hello everyone, if you are trying to lose weight, this is the best app for you!!.. I've tried so many different apps on playstore but they didn't work for me but this app was awesome... I'll continue this workout which is easy to do, best in results and main thing that i need to tell you that, they've done some interesting music for us.. If u want to lose weight and need a good app I'm suggesting this for you!!

I redownload this app, and now I can't see the multiple workouts and video illustration that it had before. please add those features back ASAP. I meant there use to be variety of workouts with video illustration.

Hi dear! Thanks for your reply. You can see the instructions for the exercises and the demonstration videos by clicking the exercise tab before you start. As a lazy person who hates exercising and works shifts.. This app made me actually find it fun to commit and it doesn't take long for the sets. I exercise now daily for 10 minutes if I have work and 20 minutes if I have off and it shows within 2weeks ppl started noticing how toned I become.
