Export issues... Whenever I export photos or videos and save to my phone they show as a black image. Most photos save as corrupted so I cannot use them! It seems to be when I edit in black and white more than colour, why? It's been 3 years since my last review saying the same thing and NOTHING has been fixed! Especially as the prices are increasing, again, this should not be an issue! Please fix asap!

UPD: they couldn't find a way to resell me the membership, so they decided to lock my fav features. The only two presets I used became locked... Last year: After I canceled my subscription every time I try to save a photo "there always a problem with vsco server" and I have to restart phone. And everytime I switch to another app, vsco disappears from opened apps and I need to go to desktop and open it again. Doesn't save photos!

Have been using vsco since the beginning of vsco. What's recently happened to the app is very sad, the program has become very user unfriendly, way too fangled and complicated. I also have been experiencing problems with saving pictures to camera roll, which doesn't get done most of the time. So sad to watch an app I used to use almost exclusively decay into what can only be described as a quest for money ā¹ļø Upd: now the program won't even let me import anything from gallery
