Went through the process of setting the account and adding people, but the home screen is blank. The people added, though we cant see them, can message my kid, but my kid can't send messages out without using the notification of receiving a message that only drops down for a couple seconds before it's gone. It like this across three different devices. In the parent portal, I can see who has messaged my kid, but not what. Even the "Help Center" comes up blank.

It was working at first, now it's sending me through a neverending cycle of logging me out and logging back in. I have 2 child profiles and when I want to switch profiles to another child, I receive an error message that something went wrong and to ask a grown-up for help. Then I have to through the whole password process AGAIN!! I can't get back in! It's the most frustratjng experience ever because it's an unending loop and I don't know how to break it. Seriously FB?! What is this???

This would be a 5 star app, but just one problem. I can't text a few of my friends for some reason because their names don't pop up on my contacts list, even though they pop up as a notification. I can see them on my tablet though. It's annoying, but I love the app, especially since I don't have a number of my own. I also get made fun of messenger kids at school, but I will continue to use this amazing app!!!
