The app limits the use of the switchbot for no reason. I have to push a button twice every 30 minutes. custom mode sounds perfect for this, however the maximum delay time is only 9 min 59s and a maximum of only 10 steps. setting it up through time schedules is also not possible because the app allows maximum 5 schedules . Otherwise everything works just great. i hope that you'll bring out an update so that i can give you the 5 stars that you otherwise deserve.

App works well, but holy smokes does it try to trick you into subscribing/notifying you about everything they want to SELL! I know apps do this (which is annoying), but this app takes it to the next level! Deceitful little notices disguised as errors when there isn't an error: they just want to trick you into agreeing to their mailing list/SPAM. Last product I'll ever buy from this company due to this shady app. Be better and I'll look at other products you're selling, but no for now.

I've had my switchbot for a few years now. works flawlessly. I use mine to activate my Espresso Machine (Breville BARISTA Express). app works great. the only time the Switchbot starts to get buggy is when the battery is nearly dead. exchanging the battery is very easy and straightforward. software upgrades are easy on the app as well
