I had to repeat the whole process of booking of fast track 4 times. App was crashing each time after payment. Additionally, when I am in date and time selection, the zoom button is on the confirmation button and I can't confirm. By the way, have you counted how many steps customer has to make to book the fast track? More than 10! This app is not customer oriented at all.

Most infuriating app. After trying 4 cards to register, only one worked. When it came to booking a priority security pass, it says "Booking Unsuccessful" with no reason given. Yet it happily deducts booking credits from your account regardless. It then asks you to refer to their entirely useless help section (like "trouble installing this app?") and the only way to contact anyone on any issues is to raise it with your issuing bank. Nicely swerved. This review is the only way to raise anything.

I can log in on my computer or phone if I don't use the app. The app keeps saying wrong email or password. Frustrating. Spent an hour on the phone to Lloyds bank and nobody new how to resolve it! To add to this the next day. I have spent around 3 hours trying to sort this and a very helpful IT person from lloyds suggested changing the location settings on my phone to allow the app to know where I am while using the app. This fixed it. Thank you to the IT person at lloyds.
