Log in through your verified State Services account and your property will be uploaded automatically.


Using the application, users can:

— submit applications to the management organization and promptly receive a response;

— communicate with neighbors in official house chats and solve problems at home together;

— participate in legally significant house-wide meetings online;

— check whether all services are provided by the management organization;

— control the annual reporting of the management organization;

— learn news about planned work and emergency situations in the house in real time;

— order verification of meters in an accredited laboratory;

— take out insurance to protect the apartment;

— view CCTV cameras and control the barrier or gate.
