Watch face for Wear OS.
Watch face that replaces that the watch face that was built in to Blose app. The watch face requires version 2 or later of Blose Wear OS app to work as shown in the screen shots.
It's recommended to configure the complications to show this:
Background complication: Blose graph
Lower left large complication: Blose glucose and trend
Lower left small complication: Blose glucose diff
The lower right complication can be set to anything. Default is battery.
Units, and layout of the graph is configured in Blose Wear OS app.
The watch face has multiple colored backgrounds, and color themes. Only time and current glucose is shown in always on display.

Thanks for this. Works well on Watch 4 after it updated to latest Wear OS, did not have any trouble or even prompts with permissions. The new watch face is even better than the earlier built in version and nice to have customization options. Nicer background colors and value labels are easiers to read.

Nice and simple watch face.....the only negative I have is that the ambient setting for the always on screen is reversed . lighter in dark .... darker in light.... should be the opposite.... maybe a update in future can set this right.

It's weird, but not controlled by the watch face. The operating systems is dimming.

Bose App installed and I configured it for US on my Pixel 3 watch Bose Digital Watchface installed and displayed Bur I only see the Day of Week, Month, and Day at top HH:MM:SS and the Battery % I do not see any BG or BG graphs I do see Graphs and Logs in the Bose App, but not on the Bose Digital Watchface

You need to configure the complications in the watch face. They can't be populated by default. Read here on what to select:
