Mathway: Scan & Solve Problems

I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

lately I have been having trouble with the app. if I try to do the insert picture option it takes the picture and acts like it is going to solve the problem but then it just sits there and loads for forever and never gives me the answer. I end up having to delete and redownload the app which is so annoying.

This app has now stopped working on my phone. It just thinks infinitely after scanning a problem. edit: Mathway is completely useless on my Samsung s23 ultra. I can open the app and scan a problem but when I click the button to solve it I just see 3 dots bouncing up and down forever.
