The Bose earbuds app is very good, so much better and more enjoyable than the other Bose headphones and speaker app. Why can't you mesh the 2 apps into 1 seamless app? I wanted to give this app 5 stars however a few things brought it down to 4. More EQ settings are needed, no rock, no jazz, no rnb...cmon Bose look at your main rivals apps. At least you can custom with 5 bands EQ...the headphones app has a measly 3 band choice. Also need to include the case battery amount. A slick app overall.

I received my new earbuds today, and they are great; good job, Bose! The application is excellent for setting everything up and is relatively straightforward, with a clean and intuitive design. I was however a little confused about finding the advanced/custom EQ settings section and I think that section is not clear, maybe put an arrow on the EQ section to indicate that there are more selections if you scroll to the right, just a suggestion.

I've tested the app for two days now, and it seems to work pretty well. However, there's a problem, possibly an Android issue, where the app experiences noticeable errors. The voice control doesn't stay on in the background, even though permissions were granted. After extended listening to any activity, the app reconnects but doesn't display all the settings; it just shows a blank screen. (And that's after going back into the application).
