Notifications haven't been sent for well over a month now. I've tried logging out then back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, & nothing changed. All of my phone settings allow Dayforce to send notifications, and my settings within the app are supposed to send them too. Yet nothing! Often I've missed my schedule releasing & have to manually check to see if anything has changed. This app SEVERELY needs an update to fix this major issue.

Feels like a very incomplete app. Can't see sick leave anywhere (only annual, long-service, and TIL). If an employee works at two locations under the same franchise, they cannot have just one account that organises their payslips (and more) under one account for easy management. Instead, they have to log out of one employee profile to log into the other - which gets incredibly inconvenient and impractical for anyone who works across several stores. A disappointing app.

it isnt a great app. It wants to send you a code 75 % of the time you log in which is so inconvenient when there is no phone reception. I don't see the point of this if you're using a fingerprint or facial recognition to log in. Since the clocks went forward no one can clock in on the app. No forward thinking. The holiday allowance could be simplified, it's way over complicated and confusing
