I'm using this wallet for years. However, since around two weeks, the app has been very slow. Transactions take long and often fail that you have to re-do and pay again. And the fees aren't cheap. I don't mind paying higher fees if the app works properly. For 3 days, I have had difficulties collecting awards. Is it only me who is facing these issues? If so, please advise what to do. Thanks.

New Review 5/15/25 They did an update and I like the results. They made it more user friendly. I definitely plan on using it now. I got rid of the Coinbase onchain wallet because its filled with scammers and hackers. I'm hoping this one can replace it and be better and safer. Old Review Too complicated. It doesn't give you any instructions. Its too overwhelming. The Coinbase onchain wallet is a lot easier to use.

I've been using Onchain wallet for a while now, and overall it's been a great experience. It's reliable and does exactly what I need. Occasionally, there are minor update delays, but they usually sort themselves out within a day or two without any real trouble. It's clear the team is committed to keeping things running smoothly. I’m happy to keep trusting it for my daily transactions
