Update 24 Apr 25: The app seems to be going through an update with its functionality seriously hampered. The lack of communication and complete lack of concern for the issues this is causing to people trying to book and use facilities in the meantime is remarkably bad.

any screen can take ages to load. the maximum number of characters allowed when raising a request is so small you can barely explain the request. and there s no section where you can check all the requests previously raised. not to mention that almost nothing ever gets fixed, the requests just get "resolved" after one phone call.

Extremely disappointed with the service and follow-ups from this app. Being the developer run app, expected that the service providers will have immediate solutions, even when they are overcharging for the services. However, it's been almost 3 weeks since I had requested and paid for a bulb change (the ones inside the false ceiling) through "Liwa Sun" service provider, and it is still pending. Also, it is equally hard to talk/ contact the support service both through calls or whatsapp.
