I was trying to cancel my trip. I had to wait up to two hours for am agent. there is no option to cancel the tickets direct. I had to be redirected with the agent and after two hours she informed me about the policy of cancellation. But still no availability for cancellations. Darling no need to know the policy. it's there on your site. I need just to cancel my trip

Don't use app or company. Their customer service resolution is lacking. I booked tickets advance and had a legal name change however they would not work with me to change the tickets at all. They cannot disclose how much total refund is.. however they let you know there is 200 airline fees, non refundable taxes ! They charge you 61 for premium customer service fees that do not call out of the call center. CS on app slow. Airlines have said that we need to speak with GTG to have changes.

I always thought GTG was a good company as I used them without any problem in the past. I'm really not surprised reading so many negative comments. I booked a flt but had to cancel my business class ticket because airline suddenly require me to fly next the day. This would disrupt my meeting as I would be arriving late. up until date, nothing is credited to my credit card.(since April I had same situation with TRIP this April, & within 7 days money was in my Amex. GTG pls refund my money.
