I had to download the app to check into my flight because I booked with them (which was a big mistake). It was super complicated and turned into hours of chatting with their staff. Their check in system required my passport and said that it was expired (which it wasn't) and I repeated that process 10 times. In the end I had to go to the website of the flight company. Please google them before booking anything with them - they have really bad reviews.

Mytrip is honestly an app that tries very hard to solve a non existent problem, but ends up creating more in the process. Without doing your own research you can't get any information regarding your flight perks/baggage policy, it's unintuitive to find your personal information on the flight, and you're constantly pushed to use their check in feature which is completely buggy, slow and at the end of the day doesn't work. I was able to finish my check in only by going on the airline site myself.

I couldn't write more than one number at a time. I had to type a number, then remove the virtual keyboard, tap the writing field again, then I could write one number and I needed to remove the virtual keyboard again. Enraging. And after typing all the numbers it was not possible to make the keyboard go away again! Okay it just got worse! Was asked to verify. It doesn't work. Inly sends me a new verification code everytime. Did it from my pc instead, but ohone still says unverified, JUNK
