I’ve had a generally good experience with First Abu Dhabi Bank when it comes to their banking services and mobile app — both are efficient and user-friendly. However, their customer service really needs improvement. I recently tried contacting their customer support and ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. Eventually, my call credit ran out and the call got disconnected. What’s worse is that no one even attempted to call me back.

The application is good and easy to use, but the customer service is the worst, the call system is not friendly for the users and you can't talk to a person. only automated answers with no fixing of your problem. you have to visit the bank to speak to a customer service and wait for days or week to fix a small issue like incomplete fund transfer

I was using this mobile app for more than 1 year already and I was satisfied from the beginning not until I experience a problem on sending money online. I process and outward payment and it was rejected but they deducted the money on my account already but the outward transfer was not even process. The complain is already more than 1 week now and still bank didn't given me any update. Everyday I have to call and speak to their agent about the complain but still didnt resolve issue.
