Google Pay - limited service

A year later update: the carousel method to choose a card hasn't been improved at all. It's still much slower than previously to go through cards as you need to wait for the animation to complete each time. If you frequently use different cards (I travel a lot), then it's very frustrating. It used to be so much better with just a simple list of cards on the app. At least the reliability got better.

I've started experiencing serious issues with the app in February 2025. My debit cards that were previously added disappeared, and it's not possible to add them back - it only allows adding transportation/loyalty cards. Not sure what's going on. How can I start using contactless payments again? Please advise.

Just started using it, so hard to tell what I feel. That being said, here is one thing that I wanna see changed. While booking train tickets, it will automatically club together the tickets if the journey and destination is the same and the journey is happening on the same day, with no way to separate it out. Could you tweak it in such a way that the users can access the tickets independently or at least see in the wallet as separate entries please? Because otherwise the functionality is lost.
