The game has been freezing on me. I'm playing the new Cheshire Cat's Winter Fair mini game and the Cheshire Cat won't exchange my merge items when I click on him. I try clearing cache and closing the app, but nothing work and i don't want to uninstall the game b/c I will loose everything. I've been playing this game for a couple of years now. Not sure what to do.

I have been playing for years. I've put $$ into it. recently, the energy replenishment buttons are gone & no longer appear like they have all this time. 30energy every 5 minutes w/ the timer countdown. that's gone. now the game only shows energy button for 30 energy at random & not as often at all. same is to be said for the 'free' button to reduce work time by 15 minutes. This stinks & is very frustrating. last few days, I watch an ad for 30energy & no energy after ad is finished. PLZ FIX!!!

Great, addictive game. However, after paying into the game a great deal, the side quest part refuses to swap items so I lost investment and it's refusing me to complete the quest. The last time I tried to reinstall, but lost everything! So, I am not doing that again. But what about being frozen now on the side quest? Update: After explaining the situation to support the game was fixed and compensation received. I definitely am pleased, satisfied, and most importantly, I trust this game! 😊
