In-flight duty free does not take non Korean Mastercard Credit Cards! App logs me out when the fingerprint login fails just once!? Also no longer worth the high price really, seats are uncomfortable, no hot towel before landing, snacks are not nice, and stewardesses cannot understand basic questions and are quite curt. Mileage accrual discriminates against women who take a break from travel due to pregnancy, birth, childcare while they award men a grace period for military service.

Bought a ticket and price dropped $150 in a couple days. Price was artificially going up prior. I fly for business intestinal quite often. Price drops are normal but called customer service and they wouldn't even compensate me anything, not even an early aisle seat selection. Never flying with them again. You aren't even a budget airline, which I get if they don't compensate anything. Heck even Air Canada gave me some form of upgrade when prices change. Gonna stick with Delta.

I tried to report lost item, but the form does not allow me enter 'region' and 'airport' info. ---- update added below ---- it seems that the symptom happens occationally. when I tried first time, the drop down list of 'arrival airport' or 'region' showed nothing. on later try - after post this original comment -, it showed the list as expected. I tested more times, but still it happens on few of them.
