Some of the absolute worst tech support I have ever seen. Had several problems with my soundbar within the first few weeks of purchasing it and the majority of the time they hang up the call after their trouble shooting script - which just seems to be unplugging it 30 for seconds - doesn't work. I actually work in tech support so I understand both sides and there's no way around it, they suuuuuck and LG sucks for letting it happen.

The volume will adjust itself. I do graveyard shift so during the weekend I tend to be awake and try to watch tv but will need to lower the volume down to be considerate to others. I didnt like the sound from my tv hence I bought the lg soundbar but most of the time the volume will go blast without me touching my phone or my remote. Also it will automatically go to the other functions as well. Its getting annoying.

Horrifically frustrating. My Samsung S22 ultra cannot seem to get this app to work. If I can get it to connect, I MIGHT have 3 seconds to pick my function, to get kicked out to a connect screen. Go to reconnect, CANNOT CONNECT TO SOUNDBAR, stays paired to phone, then I cannot get remote to work properly. Major clusterf#@&. SLM4R(B7). Not worth frustration.
