I've been Anker, and thus Soundcore, loyal and exclusive for years. What is very close to eliminating that is the automatic connection to earbuds that Soundcore enacts. If I am at home or by myself or showing someone something on my phone, the phone's open audio needs to work. Out of nowhere, sound mutes and the earbuds are activated. I am on a third version of Soundcore earbuds where this happens. Unacceptable.

It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

The app lacks the ability to set a Bluetooth pin on their paired devices. And their devices default to open pairing too easily and frequently. This means that anyone wanting to mess with you can do so with little effort. This is security 101 and it's shocking that devs can't get something this basic right.
