the app is becoming less and less user friendly. lately they sacrificed the possibility to see the recap of what you are buying to put some more useless stuff that you don't want. at some point the app will only have ads. I already had to use the PC cause the app was very unpractical and unpleasant. so the whole purpose of the app is gone. good result. bravo!

1st time using it, very bad experience.Had to start over my booking several times, complicated process to book a flight and pay it. At the page where I enter my bank card details, app crashed and I had to re-do it 3 times, I was afraid of making 3 consecutive payments for 1 booking. I click pay now and nothing happens, message appears that error occurred and I have to start over. Can't believe RyanAir have such a dumb and slow application

Passport scan functionality doesn't work. Was excited for it so we could skip the check in line but I have a brand new Samsung and my passport is also new, yet it always says there was some error. Same with all our other Androids and my partner's iPhone. Finally got it to work after an hour and maybe 100 tries, so the information was all fine. It's just not sensitive enough or something.
