Been doing surveys with toluna fir a while now, on my desktop pc. Received an email about downloading the app. When I go to login to the app on my phone, message keeps saying "general error occurred, please try again later". Keeps saying this no matter what I do or try. Restarting, reloading, etc.

Unable to login. Says incorrect username and/or password. Although I'm 100% sure it's correct. Actually only let me login a couple of times. When I ty to reset it, it never sends a link or code to my email. Tried a second time. Registered a different email and why am I not surprised when it again gave the SAME error and issues!

Since February, there have been no rewards, just ways to give away rewards to charity. I have complained several times to customer service, and their reply is that they updated their rewards in February they cannot give an exact time when the new rewards will be available!!! I am not doing many surveys anymore. This needs to be fixed!! I use several survey platforms and never had this happen with any other survey platforms.
