TTLock

Finally got the lock installed and app connected, but the app is very flakey. 70% of the time, it displays operation failed, even when I'm standing right next to the lock and brand new batteries installed. It's also not possible to tell if the door is locked or unlocked from the app. It's a pretty clunk app. The method to Unlock/lock the door hasn't been well thought out.

The app as such works, but push notifications seem sporadic at best, even with background usage enabled. What I find absolutely disgusting is that I paid good money for a system with 2 locks and a gateway, and now I'm getting ads inside this app while using it. Ads inside the app YOU made, which is REQUIRED for configuration of the locks YOU sold. I can accept certain advanced functions being locked behind a subscription. Not ads! Will not recommend your product.

App is good, but doesn't update the battery for the locks in real time. I have to manually push for a battery update. That wasn't too bad, as I could live with it this way. Recently, my pet peeve now is the app has ads, which I can live without. I've had this app for years, bought the Wi-Fi gateway, numerous locks, and now unsolicited ads? I will end up getting different locks. If you despise ads like I do, don't get this app or their locks. Stay away from this and take your money elsewhere.
