User-unfriendly. Tried to upload items multiple times. Authentic clothing, with over 10 pictures, following all the guidelines, pictures of the receipt and tags. Still keeps on being declined. When it gets declined you have to try the whole process again, only to get declined again. Impossible to upload articles, and a big cut of your sale would get lost anyways.

I'm not a big fan of this for resale. I like that it specializes in high fashion (mostly), but I've probably had a dozen accepted orders that weren't paid. the notifications are hard to sort or find what is actually important, and the customer service employees sure know how to answer questions without answering questions. I'd recommend for purchasing....but not necessarily for selling. especially because apparently a buyer can return an item simply because they changed their mind?

It took SIX HOURS and 3 agents to respond my query on an item I bought. The Longchamp bag came with all four tips torn and the textile showe overall stains of humidity and it was not explained as so in the listing details. I was treated extremely rude by customer care service agents on the app. I was literally told "do you want to return the item or not" and NOT A SINGLE apology for the bad experience, disappointment & mistreatment. He even suggested I could contact their legal department!
